Use of this website is subject to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms or conditions, do not access our website. Your use of the YouDecide website constitutes your agreement to abide by each of the terms and conditions described below.

Although this website has no age restrictions, we do not target children or users under 18 years of age. Users younger than age 18 should not interact with the “Contact Us” for “Request Demo” online forms. If you believe that we may have collected information from someone under 18, please contact us.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law

This Terms of Use Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, USA, and is meant to conform to United States federal laws and Georgia state laws. Any action to enforce the Terms of Use shall be brought in the state and federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

Dispute Resolution

Please address any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement you may have regarding the Terms of Use to legal@youdecide.com. Most concerns can be quickly resolved in this manner, using good faith negotiations. Any issue which is not resolved in this manner shall be subject to confidential binding arbitration.

Class Action Waiver

By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your rights to other resolution processes, including a trial by jury. and you expressly waive your right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis. You have the right to opt-out and not be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions of this agreement by sending written notice via certified mail to Legal Counsel, YouDecide, Inc., 4450 River Green Parkway – Suite 100A, Duluth, GA 30096. The notice must be sent within thirty (30) days of your first use of the website after the effective date of this notice; otherwise, you shall be bound to arbitrate disputes in accordance with the terms described here.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is deemed to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The section headings are for convenience only and do not have any force or effect.

International Use

Although it may be possible to reach the YouDecide website from outside of the United States, all data is processed and stored within the confines of the USA. If you access the YouDecide website from outside the USA, be aware that the country in which you are located may have different data protection laws. If you are in the EU or UK, YouDecide relies on the safeguards set forth in Articles 46 and 49 of the GDPR to transfer your data across international borders. YouDecide does not target or market to audiences in the EU or UK.

We do not engage in marketing solicitations or third-party ads on this website. No personal information is collected or stored unless you choose to fill out the “Contact Us” or “Request Demo” forms. YouDecide does not sell or share your information. It is only used to fulfill your request. YouDecide reserves the right to monitor the website as it deems appropriate and to remove any materials at its sole discretion that it deems inappropriate, unlawful, or inconsistent with YouDecide’s mission. If YouDecide suspects criminal or civil wrongdoing, YouDecide will cooperate with legal authorities and third parties in investigating the actions and bringing the perpetrator(s) to justice.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies to enable our website functionality and to track usage statistics. If you set your browser to block all cookies the website will not work as intended. Updates & Changes

YouDecide may, at its discretion, modify the content on its website without notice. YouDecide will not be liable to you or any third party for any changes or discontinuance of any of the services or content.

YouDecide may update this Terms of Use Agreement, and/or our Privacy Policy and cookie settings from time to time. When we do, we ask that you again read these updates. Service Interruptions

The YouDecide website can suffer a temporary service interruption at any time, with or without notice. If you attempt to access the website and cannot, or are notified it is temporarily unavailable, please be patient and try again later. If YouDecide expects the interruption will be prolonged, a notice will appear on the youdecide.com website confirming the outage and providing you with additional information (if applicable).
